Vessels >13m electricity and water consumption separate.
The user will deposit the amount of 25% which will be in partial payment of the rate.
Cancellation must be done in writing. 75% of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is done a month before, 50% if a week before, and there will be no refund for cancellations less than a week in advance.
