The dates of the 2027 Tapas Route have been revealed: from March 5 to 14
The Economic Promotion Department of Roses City Council has announced the dates for the next Tapas Route, which will reach its eleventh edition in 2027. The great gastronomic festival of Roses will take place from March 5 to 14, offering a new opportunity to taste the good know-how of the town's restaurateurs and the excellence of Roses cuisine.
The dates for the 2027 edition were decided this Tuesday during the sixth Taula Gastronòmica de Roses, which brought together representatives from the council and the catering sector. In addition to the dates, those present also agreed on the new price of the tastings, which in the next edition will be €4 (includes tapa and wine or water).
The public and private sectors of Roses will once again collaborate in this proposal that offers the opportunity, both to locals and visitors, to enjoy a tasty gastronomic circuit over 10 days and to discover the wine production of the DO Empordà. With each new edition, the number of bars, restaurants and pastry shops adhering to the campaign has increased, going from 25 establishments in the first edition of 2016, to 85 last year.
